As a Parent Partnership Associate for the Alliance, LaCrisha has a passion for representing the parent perspective. As the mother of three children, LaCrisha’s personal experiences with parenting have inspired her to be an advocate for all children and families. LaCrisha truly believes that investing in the growth and progress of others will increase the quality of and possibility of successful outcomes in community. She often says, “Anything is possible through true partnership and a robust toolbox.”
LaCrisha is an Alliance Certified Trainer for Bringing the Protective Factors Framework to Life in Your Work, as well as a Certified Gallup Global Strengths Coach. LaCrisha specializes in the implementation of peer-to-peer support groups, development and delivery of various training materials and the cultivation of shared leadership. She hopes that her work will have a positive impact on communities across the world.
