Adam Hlava
Director of Finance
As the Director of Finance, Adam Hlava oversees The Children’s Trust Fund Alliance’s day-to-day and long-term fiscal operations. He brings over 15 years of non-profit financial management experience, most recently 13 years with Generation United, where he oversaw the finance and operations departments of a $4 million non-profit organization advocating for intergenerational approaches to supporting America’s families. Prior to his work at Generations United, he additionally managed the finance department for a successful $8 million US Senate campaign and the fundraising efforts of a $2.5 million state-wide non-profit organization in Wisconsin.
Adam currently resides in Charlotte, North Carolina, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin, and is a part-owner of the Green Bay Packers.
