Edward A. Casillas is a dedicated father of three and a proud grandfather of two, embodying the values of strong family leadership and commitment. His unwavering dedication to serving fathers and families across Arizona has established him as a prominent leader and positive role model. Edward actively develops and implements programs designed to empower fathers and strengthen family support systems.

Recognized nationally as a subject matter expert in fatherhood, Edward works as a consultant to enhance program service delivery and expand initiatives that promote father involvement and family well-being. His service extends beyond his professional work, as he actively contributes to community boards focused on preventing child abuse and neglect.

Throughout his career, Edward has received numerous accolades, including the 2021 Birth Father Casey Excellence for Children Award from Casey Family Programs, the 2016 Child and Family Resources Champion for Children and Families Award, and the Resilient Family Award from the Arizona Child Abuse Prevention Committee in 2015—testaments to his impactful work.

In addition, Edward is a passionate parent leader, participating in the Alliance National Parent Partnership Council (ANPPC), the Birth Parent National Network (BPNN), and the (BPAC) Birth Parent Advisory Committee. He believes in the transformative power of support and community, inspiring others to believe that positive change is possible and that with the right support, people can accomplish anything.
